SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY

We ship worldwide. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date, excluding weekends. Tracking is sent to the email address provided at check out.

Please note that KOKA SWIM is not responsible for any delays after your order has been shipped as ship times do vary depending on your package origin and destination.

KOKA SWIM does not take responsibility for lost or misplaced, packages stating delivered by USPS or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

KOKA SWIM does not claim responsibility for package delays or lost items due to items being returned to sender by our third party mail carriers, for reasons including, but not limited to: insufficient addresses, incorrect address provided at check out, inaccessible delivery location at time of delivery, unpaid duties fees, and inability to forward package to updated addresses.

For more information on international custom fees please contact your postal office or local government. KOKA SWIM does not enforce these fees so we are not able to waive the fees upon delivery or reimburse you for these fees. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us in which the shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
